Boarding students are housed at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California.
Boarding is available for ages 11–19 only.
MALIBU
The famed city of Malibu is a small and exquisitely beautiful community. Close to LASBI's accommodations at Pepperdine University is the Country Mart, offering a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and a movie theater. Just across the street on Pacific Coast Highway is the Malibu Shopping Center with grocery stores, drug stores and restaurants. Famous Zuma Beach and Point Dume are three miles down the PCH, with walking trails, and views over Malibu and the Pacific Ocean.

PEPPERDINE UNIVERSITY
Suite Residence Halls
Pepperdine University offers beautifully equipped residence halls, each with the capacity to house approximately 50 students. Each residence hall has six suites and a main lobby. A suite consists of four double bedrooms, a double bathroom, and a common living room. Each bedroom is approximately 170 square feet, and each suite (including the four bedrooms) is approximately 1,014 square feet. Double bedrooms and bathrooms comfortably house two students, with two of everything: beds, desks, dressers, sinks, showers and toilets. The suite living room is fully furnished, and the main lobby is a large area with a fireplace and a television.
Los Angeles Summer Ballet Intensive provides experienced chaperones. Curfews are strictly enforced. No student under the age of 18 may explore the campus without accompaniment.
Dining and Services on Campus
Pepperdine University's dining hall offers full service, buffet style dining. Menu plans offer a wide variety of healthy and nutritious options, including a delicious salad bar. Students are provided with three meals a day on weekends and two meals a day Monday through Friday. The dining hall is spacious and offers beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding beaches.
Pepperdine University has an olympic size pool which will be available at specified hours to all students in the summer program. There is a full time lifeguard, and chaperones will accompany students during pool hours.

Dining Off Campus
Monday to Friday a packaged lunch may be brought to the Los Angeles Ballet Center, or lunch is also available for purchase at Neli's Cafe, located adjacent to the Center. Lunch at Neli's is approximately $10, (or $240 for the 24 days of the program).
Transportation
Transportation between Pepperdine University and the Los Angeles Ballet Center is provided. Transportation to and from Los Angeles area airports and other arrival/departure points is the sole responsibility of students and/or parents.
